The Players

Kristin Baker is the Managing Director of Rough & Tumble Theatre, the Director of Suffolk University’s Performing Arts Office, a member of the StageSource Board of Directors and a doctoral candidate at Tufts University. It may sound fancy, but she still spends most of her time watching TV and eating potato chips in her pajamas.

Daniel Bourque Boston: Atlantis Playmakers, Another Country Productions, Playwright's Platform, Shadowboxing Theatre Workshop, Theatre Cooperative, Boston Theatre Marathon. Regional: Capital Repertory Theatre, Hudson Stageworks, (Assistant) Westport Country Playhouse (Assistant). Other: Numerous Educational, Academic and TYA productions. A graduate of the University of Southern Maine, he is a Maine native.

Elizabeth Brunnette has played in TheatreZone productions of Top Girls, The House of Bernarda Alba and Anger Box, which ran at the 2004 Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. She is an audio-describer for the blind and visually impaired; she has described shows for the New Repertory Theatre, Huntington Theatre Co., Broadway in Boston, and the Yale Repertory Theatre. This Fall, Liz will appear in Zeitgeist Stage’s production of Stuff Happens at the Boston Center for the Arts.

Matt Chapuran is currently appearing in The Robert Cycle, an improvised Shakespearian show, at ImprovBoston, where he will play the role of Principal Mehlman in Gorefest IV this Halloween. Matt has also appeared with Rough & Tumble and Alarm Clock Theatre Company at the Boston Center for the Arts and was an inaugural member of Improv Asylum's N.E.T. cast.

Erin Cole has been acting in film and theater in the Boston area for the past 6 years. She was seen this summer as Scheherazade in Aladdin and the Magical Lamp and as the Fairy Queen in Marivaux’s Harlequin Refined by Love. She would like to thank the very talented cast and crew for a wonderful and imaginative experience.

Irene Daly is proud to be co-Managing Director and founding member of Mill 6. She is also a longtime company member of Rough & Tumble (like a "lifer" but in the good way!) and has performed with Queer Soup, Industrial Theatre, Súgán, Theatre Co-op and Merrimack Repertory. Thank you for coming and enjoy the show!

Emily Evans Since graduating from Brandeis University with a BA in Theatre Arts Emily has performed in more short play festivals than she can count, including the Devanaughn's Dragonfly Festival, Southcity Theatre's May Day Play Day, and Another Country Productions' SLAMBoston series.  Most recently Emily was seen in 11:11 Theatre Company's production of Romeo and Juliet (Nurse).  She is elated to be working with such a talented ensemble for this inspiring new company.

Ben Fainstein is the co-Artistic Director of Whistler in the Dark Theatre, where he recently directed In Perpetuity Throughout the Universe. Past credits include Judith and The Best Man. He would like to thank Caleb for the chance to explore, and Meg and Dan for their fearlessness.

Antoine Gagnon is grateful to both FeverFest and Mill 6 for the opportunity to be a part of this festival.  Recently he's been working with The Mill 6 Theatre Collaborative and Rough & Tumble Theatre in various technical positions.  Past directing credits include Spades and The History of The Devil

Daniel Grund will soon be graduating from Salem State College with a BFA in Performance. Recently he served as understudy for Whistler in the Dark’s In Perpetuity Throughout the Universe. His favorite roles include Renfield in Dracula, Michael Wells in Two Rooms, and The Duke of Albany in King Lear.

Amanda Good Hennessey is the Co-Artistic Director of Essayons Theatre Company. She received her MFA from the Actors Studio Drama School. Recent projects include: Opening Night Jitters (Boston’s 48 Hour Film Project) and understudying Pfeni -The Sisters Rosensweig (Huntington Theatre Company). She teaches acting with her husband and at the Huntington and B.U.

Steven Johnson is a local actor, writer, and director working in theater and film for over 12 years. Recent credits include George in Phyllis Rittner's The Offer and Lenny Botkins in the Steve Sweeney's short film Lactose intolerant.

Bara Jichova Kirkpatrick was born 29 years ago in Czechoslovakia and hasn’t died so far. She has studied fine arts and art restoration in the Czech Republic, Theater and Multimedia Arts as visiting student at Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, and is now finishing her studies at Mass Art in Boston. Her main concentration, besides 2D and installation work, is time-based media work including film, video and stop motion animation. She participated in group exhibitions in the USA, Holland and Czech Republic.

Kathy Maloney is pleased as punch to be collaborating with Mill 6 once again. You can find her bopping around the back stage areas of a variety of theatres in town doing all sorts of stuff in the technical realm.

Lorna McKenzie studied theater at UMass Boston and has acted in plays in and around Boston. Her most recents gigs have been with Whistler in the Dark and Imaginary Beasts theatre companies. Thanks to Matthew and Caleb and the amazing Jen, and to Ben and Meg for hosting this fest.

Jennifer O'Connor graduated from Salem State with a B.F.A. in theatre performance. In the Boston area she has appeared in Theatre Zone's Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and Grapes of Wrath, Cleavage with Aforementioned Productions and Whistler in the Dark's productions of The Possibilities and In Perpetuity Throughout the Universe. She is a company member/manager of Imaginary Beasts where she did The Proposal and Good Witch/Bad Witch.

Brendan O’Halloran This is Brendan's debut performance with any company anywhere, so please be kind. Brendan has just recently graduated from Suffolk University and is thrilled to have found out that his job prospects in Washington DC have fallen through. Now he gets to stay in this fair city and perform in FeverFest. Seriously though, if you can offer him a job he'd be most grateful. And maybe a place to live too, he doesn't take up much space.

Kenneth Roraback just graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with degrees in physics and theater. While at MIT, Roraback acted, directed, and conducted dramaturgical research for college and professional productions. His latest project was directing Falk Richter's Electronic City, which toured England with MIT Dramashop in June 2006.

Meg Taintor is a Co-Artistic Director of Whistler in the Dark Theatre and directed the inaugural production, Howard Barker's The Possibilities, which received an Eliot Norton Award nomination. For Whistler’s second season, she will direct an evening of monologues by Dario Fo and Franca Rame. Meg holds a B.A. in Theatre and Women and Gender Studies from Middlebury College.

Anna Waldron is thrilled to be part of such a fantastic cast! Previous work includes Danny and the Deep Blue Sea, Cooking with Elvis, The Firebugs, and Rhinoceros with TheatreZone, and I’m the Rhoda at the Tribe Theatre. She has also done extensive improv with The Tribe, performing with such groups as Spinning Hardcore, Villalobos and The Rumble.

Andrea Webber studied Theatre at Roger Williams University where she was the recipient of the Excellence in Performance award in 2003 and 2004. She's excited to be joining Whistler in the Dark for this adventure and so happy she could be a part of this festival. She would like to thank her family and friends for being there for her, especially lately, and wants to dedicate this performance to her father. Enjoy the show!

Matthew Woods Artistic Director of Imaginary Beasts [formerly the IronRail Stage Co.], is a graduate of the Harvard / A.R.T. Institute for Advanced Theater Training. He has made his living as an independent theatre artist in the Boston area for the past several years; during which he has helped develop summer programming for students at the Essex Art Center in Lawrence, Mass; and served as the Educational Director of Sleepy Lion Theatre. In 2004 Matthew founded the Iron-Rail Stage Co. at LynnArts.
